Application: For normal buildup, continue adding Spring every four (4) to six (6) months to maintain low grease trap levels. Depending on the type or amount of build-up, additional New Landz Spring may need to be regularly applied.
Degreasing and bio-sanitizing tile, hardwood, linoleum and other hard surfaced flooring
Dilution: 1:50 parts hot water
Application: Use instead of chemicals in your daily mop routine. For grout, apply dilution and scrub with course brush. Follow by mopping with Surface dilution. For wood floors, dry immediately.
Mold and Mildew
Dilution: 1:250 parts water
Application: Spray dilution onto dry surface and scrub clean. For continuously damp areas, Spring may need to be applied on a regular basis.

Application: Saturate compost with dilution. DO NOT turn. Cover for best results. Apply monthly.

Application: Odor weekly, monthly or as needed. For best results keep covered.

Application: Spray or mist entire affected area once a week or as needed.
Waste Bins

Application: Spray inside of bin or wipe out with wet rag. Mist surrounding area as needed.
Pet Odor
Dilution: 1:100 parts water
Application: Spray dilution over floors, carpets, upholstery or any affected area.
Smoke Fumes
Dilution: 1:10 parts water
Application: Spray dilution over floors, carpets, upholstery or any affected area. NOTE: for application on light colored fabrics test for color safeness.
Livestock and Stable Operations
Dilution: 1:150 parts water
Application: Spray or mist entire affected area once a week or as needed.
Shoes & Sports Gear
Dilution: 1:50 parts water
Application: If possible, clean article with non-antibacterial organic soap. Let dry. Then, spray into or onto shoes/gear and let dry. Re-apply as necessary.
Garbage Disposal
Dilution: 1:10 parts water
Application: Plug and fill sink. Add Odor and let sit for 5 minutes. Unplug andd run disposal.
Carpets and Floor Mats
Dilution: 1:20 parts water
Application: Spray onto cleaned mat until slightly damp to touch. Let dry. Reapply as needed.

Dilution for large Home and Commercial tanks: Add 1:200 parts water
Dilution for RVs, boats and portable toilets: Add 6oz to tanks 0 - 25 gallons. Add 8oz to tanks 26 - 50 gallons.
Application: Apply New Landz: Septic directly by flushing down the drain. It is preferable but not required to flush directly after pumping. Repeat process once a month or as needed if holding tank(s) is subject to above average use.
